Invite-only service
SightLoop is available only to organizations manually approved by El Roi Digital. An invitation or screen credential may not be sold, transferred, or shared outside the approved organization.
Permitted use
SightLoop may be used to manage lawful JPG, PNG, and supported MP4 church announcement media on assigned Roku-connected displays. Administrators are responsible for the content they upload, including video and audio, and for obtaining all necessary permissions.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload or distribute content that:
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- contains malware, hidden executable content, or attempts to bypass security controls;
- is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or exploitative;
- materially disrupts the service or another organization.
Hardware and connectivity
Roku devices, televisions, network equipment, internet access, and electrical service are not included unless separately agreed. Cached playback is best-effort and is not guaranteed after a device reboot or storage eviction.
Published media and accessibility
Published display media is retrievable by anyone who obtains its content URL and must not contain confidential or sensitive personal information. Administrators should provide burned-in captions when spoken video carries meaning and must not rely on sound as the only way to communicate an announcement.
Support
Remote product support is provided according to the organization’s El Roi Digital relationship. Onsite installation, television support, Wi-Fi remediation, and hardware replacement may be separate services.
Suspension
El Roi Digital may suspend access to protect the service, respond to misuse, or address the status of the qualifying client relationship. Suspension prevents new content updates and causes assigned players to enter a branded safe state.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated to affected administrators through an appropriate support channel.
