Scope
SightLoop is an invite-only church digital-signage service operated by El Roi Digital. This policy applies to the SightLoop website, Studio portal, and Roku player.
Information we process
We process administrator account details, organization settings, uploaded announcement graphics, Display Channel configuration, screen assignments, device status, operational events, and security audit records. Device credentials are stored as one-way hashes on the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate approved administrators, publish content to assigned screens, support client organizations, secure the service, diagnose errors, and maintain service records.
Content delivery
Published display media uses content-addressed URLs so Roku devices can retrieve it. Anyone who obtains one of these URLs can retrieve that media; the URL is not an access-control boundary. Unpublished database state, administrator details, credentials, and internal database paths are not included in device manifests.
Retention
SightLoop retains the current and one previous published channel version. Device events are retained for a limited operational period, ordinarily 30 days. Unreferenced media is removed after a documented grace period.
Service providers
SightLoop may use Google Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, hosting, logging, and content delivery. Providers process information under their applicable terms and security controls.
Requests and contact
Authorized organization representatives may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information through El Roi Digital support. Some audit and security records may be retained when required for legitimate operational or legal needs.
Effective: July 30, 2026.
